The whole process has been brilliantly managed and delivered, Charlie listened carefully to our plans, needs and ideas and then he and his team created a design that suited us perfectly. It all ran smoothly from plan to install, any questions, worries or concerns were answered and resolved quickly. We got exactly what we asked for.

Our play equipment was old and weathered so the children were unable to use the areas. Fawns came in and designed the new areas from our brief and the installation team worked hard during some awful weather to deliver the project on time and to a very high standard. We would definitely use Fawns for any other project in the future.

Our physical development blocks, sand pits and road markings have been great for the development of children’s gross motor skills. It’s fabulous to watch all children having fun in the mud kitchen water play area and sand pits whilst developing their communication and literacy skills. Before our new play area, we had very limited resources, so the sand pit has really helped with fine motor skill development too and the water play area has been a great place to learn about the life cycle of a frog (and develop a better understanding of the world)!

We love our new play area. Before the area was developed, children had limited resources for a focus in their play which meant there was a lot running around with a greater risk of head bumps. Now children are very excited when it’s their day to go on the equipment and they have lots of fun whilst developing their gross motor skills. The play area gives them a focal point for their play, whether it be a practice of their gymnastics on the trim trail or a trip to the moon on the pick-up sticks. We have less head bumps now too!

We are so pleased we chose to work with Fawns to develop our outdoor space. We had a limited space and budget and they worked tirelessly to ensure we had options. Their communication and installation have been wonderful. The installation was completed well within the window planned and came in on budget. Children and staff were so excited to see our new, exciting climbing area. It has been finished to a high standard and most importantly outcomes for our young children have been impacted by this investment in climbing equipment. Thank you Fawns.

We are absolutely delighted with the playground that Fawns have designed and installed for us. They worked closely with us to formulate a staged approach to the installation, based on when our grants became available and while we did not finally need to do this it gave us great peace of mind that we could have an overall goal of a fantastic facility, rather than having to settle for less. Their consultation was excellent and the installation team brilliant.

The positive feedback from children is wonderful and most certainly a high point of their day. As well as the more obvious physical health benefits, we have noticed improvement in children’s core strength and grip, with children sitting with better posture in classrooms and improved handwriting. The emotional and mental wellbeing benefits children gain from using this equipment, makes every penny worth it. I would highly recommend Fawns and hope to use them again in the future.

Our Safe Play is a positive addition for our children. The installation from Playtime by Fawns was 1st class and the children enjoyed watching the installation. Now it has been completed and signed off, the children are now using the equipment safely and in an orderly manner. They know using this type of equipment has risks, but this teaches them to focus and concentrate so they can achieve. Children are overcoming any initial anxieties of using it by being supported by friends and adults and are proud of our new safe play.

The whole process has been professional, and every aspect has been high quality. Our Governors where very impressed with the level of detail provided in the quotation. I am really impressed with everything. The new play space looks fab, and the way Fawns worked was very good; clean, organised and professional. Pupils and Staff love the new area, and it now makes the rest of the play equipment look tired!

Our new outdoor space has transformed the outdoor learning. The children have become keen builders, climbers, inventors, performers, and story tellers. The structures are well designed to incorporate all the children learning at different stages.

Everyone is delighted with the new playground; the children are really enjoying having the space back. Thanks to the team for guiding us through, overcoming logistical challenges with us and delivery a great new asset to the school.
