Our systems will normally cost less than a cup of coffee per user per day. So even small benefits to your organisation would amply cover the cost, and we sincerely believe it would be recouped many times over.
We are more than happy to give you budgetary prices for your particular requirement but to do so we need to know a little about what you wish to achieve. So, give us a call or drop us an email and we will give you a ball-park figure.
Most of our software is sold on an all-inclusive subscription model, as is usual these days, but you will also need to cater for some professional services. When budgeting your first-year costs will need to include all technical setup, training and any migration activities. This typically costs around 50% of the licence fee. In subsequent years it is prudent to budget 10-15% of the on-going licence cost for minor enhancements.
