Filpumps was established in 1992 to provide specialist bespoke fluid engineering and treatment solutions for private individuals and commercial clients alike. We operate from purpose built premises in Inverurie Aberdeenshire, which includes our sales office, service department, workshop and stores counter.
We recognise that every customer is an individual with different requirements and one solution does not fit all, therefore we always create a bespoke and personal service. We stock and supply a wide range of products for fluid engineering such as pumps, filters and fluid treatment systems, which can be bought or ordered from our stores counter.
We can install new systems or retrofit existing systems to ensure that water is clean and safe to drink and wastewater does not become a contaminant.
Our purpose built workshop with hydraulic test facility is capable of testing all types of pumps up to 45kW. Maintenance, repairs and servicing is carried out in two different ways, both in-house workshop repairs and testing or on site by our trained Service Engineers supported by a van stocked with essential parts and materials.
We deliver a high level of service by employing well-trained employees and recognise the need and benefits of continued training and personal development of our staff. We are also committed to our QHSE standards and this shows though our ISO 9001 qualification, our continued high scores from Achilles UVDB and our listing on FPAL and SAFEcontractor. These accreditations ensure that we operate within disciplined procedures and our employees understand their own responsibilities and those of others so they work in a safe professional manner.
