About us

Air source heat pumps are simple to install, one of our qualified installers here at Finbra can help you with the installation process. Firstly, you will need to register the energy device with your Distribution Network Operator, who is responsible for bringing electricity to your home. One of our qualified installers will do that for you.

Once registered, we’ll turn up with all the required equipment to complete the job efficiently and we’ll also leave your garden how we’ve found it - clean! No external digging outside your property will be required but the air source heat pump unit will need to be located somewhere outside your property with good airflow. Once the air source heat pump has been installed, we’ll test the new heating system and we’ll explain to you how it works and all the controls. We’ll also answer any questions you may have for you to get the most out of your air source heat pump
