FLEXI-DISC™ Tubular Cable Conveyors
Also known as Disc Conveyors and Drag Conveyors, using low friction polymer discs attached to either galvanised or stainless steel cable, bulk materials are gently fed through smooth stainless steel tubing. The design enables single or multiple inlets and outlets, together with horizontal or vertical conveyor tubing and at any angle, through walls and ceilings. Modular components can be added or removed and the system can be lengthened, shortened or re-routed as necessary.
PNEUMATIC-CON®Pneumatic Conveyor Systems move a broad range of bulk materials over short or long distances, between single or multiple inlet and discharge points, in low to high capacities. Available as dilute-phase vacuum or positive pressure systems, from single-point “up-and-in” installations to cross-plant systems, fully integrated with other processes.
FLEXICON®Flexible Screw Conveyor Systems transport free- and non-free-flowing bulk solid materials from large pellets to sub-micron powders, including products that pack, cake, plug, smear or fluidise, with no separation of blends, dust-free at low cost. Can be routed vertically, horizontally, or at any angle. Quick and thorough cleaning.
BULK-OUT™ Bulk Bag Dischargers unload free- and non-free-flowing solids from bulk bags automatically. SPOUT-LOCK® clamp ring allows dust- and contamination-free operation. BAG-VAC® dust collector for dust-free collapsing of empty bags. POWER-CINCHER® flow control valve* allows easy, leak-free retying. TELE-TUBE® telescoping tube and FLOW-FLEXER® bag activators promote complete discharge.
SWING-DOWN®REAR-POST and TWIN-CENTREPOST™ Bulk Bag Fillers can fill one bulk bag per week or 20 per hour at the lowest cost per bag. Increase fill weight accuracy while densifying material and stabilising the bag—dust-free. Available to industrial or sanitary standards.
FLEXICON® Manual Dumping Stations allow dust-free dumping of bulk material from bags and other containers. Automatic reverse-pulse filter cleaning on a timed cycle causes dust build-up on filters to fall into the hopper for continuous, efficient operation. Available with integral bag compactors, and hoppers configured for connection to conveyors or other equipment.
BLOCK-BUSTER™ Bulk Bag Conditioners loosen bulk solid materials that have solidified during storage and shipment. Variable height turntable positions bag for hydraulic rams with contoured plates to condition bag on all sides at all heights. User adjustments include number and pressure of ram actuations, height of the turntable, and number of rotations, allowing customization for specific materials.
FLEXICON® Weigh Batching Systems weigh and blend multiple bulk ingredients automatically. Gain-in-weight and loss-of-weight systems available with conveyors to transport materials to/from any nearby or distant plant location with no separation of blended materials and no exposure to potential contamination.
TIP-TITE™ Container Tippers dump bulk material from drums, boxes or other containers into vessels up to 3 metres high. Dust-tight or open chute models. Labor-saving efficiency and reliability in demanding factory environments.
