Just received the necessary springs from flexo, the service was outstanding, delivery very quick, totally competitively price, and they supplied exactly to my requirements from stock. There range is phenomenal and should I require any springs in future they will be my first choice. Without doubt the firm to go to for springs of quality.
I needed a spring for the seat on my mobility scooter, and I was not exactly sure which spring I needed because I had lost the original. Then I found this amazing company through a Google search. After a few email exchanges with Rachel the Sales Manager the perfect solution was found, Rachel then called to take payment and my order arrived the very next day. Really excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with, I cannot recommend Flexo Springs Ltd enough.
A delivery problem (not Flexo's fault) was resolved immediately and courteously. I was invited to keep the duplicates when the original order turned up. Product quality is A1. Very impressed.

Thank you for you prompt service on the tiny spring you made for me and possibly one of the quickest turn around on a bespoke item I’ve ever had and working in the building industry that’s rare I’ve found.And you saved me £600 on a new front door which no one could repair.Fitted it today and it works perfectly.Positive feedback is rare in my trade it seems most only do negative so I think it’s only right to thank people who do good work with no hassle.
Perfect product!I have just taken delivery of 2x AX4132 Tension springs and they are The Cat`s Pyjamas!!!! Perfect fit.I needed to replace a broken spring on my Elu woodworking Mitre saw and I have hunted high and low with no success until now!The details are……. Elu TGS 172 Flip-over Mitre Saw, and the Elu part number for the spring is 942455-00. I hope this helps you to help anyone else looking for springs for this.
