Forecourt Solutions is a leading manufacturer of under pump or dispenser containment sumps under our brand of ChamberTite. Our range is sutable for installation beneath all the main manufacturer's of pumps including Petrotec,Tokheim, Gilbarco, Wayne, Scheidt & Bachman, Mepsan and Tatsuno. We provide a range of different sizes to suit Mono,Twin, Quad, 6 Hose,* Hose and 10 Hose Pump/Dispenser configurations. Two width of chamber are provided 460mm and 500mm to suit pump riser and pump fixing positions. The ranges are available with or without fixing frames. Our generic frame design suits most dispenser types however we also offer manufacturer specific frames as well. Simply provide us with the baseplan of the pump or dispenser that you plan to install and we will manufacture a frame to suit. ChamberTite dispenser sumps are designed to fully contain your underpump pipework our 500mmwide chamber are particularly well suited to fusion pipework systems which require more spaced due to larger connection sizes. The dispenser sumps are suitable for use in both suction and pressure applications

Composite Covers - Composite Manhole Covers are made from a resin and glass fiber blend, akin to fiberglass, providing an environmentally friendly substitute for conventional iron covers. Composite materials provide numerous benefits compared to conventional cast or ductile iron covers. These include being lightweight, less susceptible to theft, non-conductive, resistant to rust, and non-slip.

Drawpits - Forecourt Solutions is a top manufacturer of Watertight Draw Pits and Access Chambers, utilising technology originally developed for the chemical and petroleum forecourt sectors. We offer various sealing solutions for cables, pipes, and ducts to guarantee waterproofing after installation. Our chambers enable you to safely install electronics underground without the risk of water ingress.

Pipe & Duct Seals - Flexible Entry Boots are created to solve the issue of water entering containment chambers, tank sumps, and dispenser sumps on petroleum forecourts with pipework and duct entries.

Containment Chambers - The ChamberTite tank sump offers a sealed vacuum-testable chamber for your tank's pipework connections, with adjustable height options ranging from 630mm to 1730mm.

Fuel Pipework - Forecourt Solutions stands as the premier provider of flexible pipework systems for petroleum products in Europe.

Drainage Grates - Composite Gully Grates are made from a resin and glass fiber blend, much like fiberglass. Composite gully grates present numerous benefits compared to conventional cast and ductile iron ones, including being lightweight, less prone to theft, non-conductive, rust-resistant, and slip-resistant. Additionally, the production of composite gully grates consumes up to 50% less energy, making them an environmentally conscious substitute for traditional cast and ductile options.

Manhole Safety - Manhole Safety Platforms enable delivery drivers to securely stand within the manhole for making hose connections. These platforms are constructed from durable fiberglass grating, offering a self-draining non-slip surface that remains effective in various weather conditions.

Forecourt Solutions Ltd also offer the EN14125 approved Flexrite Double All Flexible Pipework System.
