Genus Water was founded in July 1999 and now has over 100 years’ combined experience between the Directors and Senior Management. The early years of the business focused upon investment in new product lines and tooling to help create dynamic and competitive water softeners. Genus Water are now established within the domestic and commercial market place through design lead and quality assured products. Indeed these have become the preferred choice throughout the water softener specialist network. Within this demanding and competitive field, our business has grown steadily due to following a strategy of ongoing investment supported by training. Investment has ensured that resources and equipment have been continually upgraded while our training has kept our personnel fully up to date as technology advances and legislation changes.
