Great product. Ridiculously poor customer service. Fitted a glass box several years ago but despite repeated calls/emails, no response or "we will come back to you". which makes warranty pointless.
Just recently had a garden/office room built at the bottom of our garden, the team were friendly and professional and we are thrilled with our end result...an added bonus was that on a daily basis everything was left clean and tidy, we would definitely recommend Glasspace.
I have worked with Phil at GlasSpace on several projects over the last 3 years. Paul has a great understanding of structural glass and his team are first class designers. Our projects have been small and large extensions and our last job in Camden, London had four sets of large sliding doors. I will continue to work with Glasspace and recommend them it is so hard to find a reliable supplier.
Andrew Vince the owner of Glasspace is the Bernard Madoff of the glass extension world i.e. he is not to be trusted, especially with your money. In fairness he is very good at being economical with the truth.He suggests on his website that his company Glasspace is the choice of architects, I am an architect and I suggest you do not to make him and his company your choice.Stephen Pimbley ARB RIBA

I bought my house in Putney (London) in 2013 with great expectations after 6 months of design work started on the conversion March 2024. Glass was a big part of our dream home.Glasspace was a company recommended to us and after trawling the web we gave the go ahead.The builder which we thought was solid left our home 60% finished.What do you do no trace and countless calls the team at glasspace helped us through a nightmare and recommended a builder they have worked with on three projects before after delays our house came good with glasspace helping all the way from start to finish. A glass extension stunning and three set of there doors thanks guys from the dees family looks stunning. Wood I recommend glasspace every day yes.
ALTHOUGH THE PICTURES AND BROCHURES ON THE WEBSITE LOOK REALLY GREAT, WE FOUND THIS COMPANY VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH. THE DESIGN WAS GOOD, BUT INSTALLATION WORK WAS PRETTY POOR QUALITY AND THE COMPANY, WHICH INSISTED ON US PAYING 90% OF THE COST AT INSTALLATION, HAS SINCE FAILED TO FINISH THE JOB. I STILL HAVE A MISSING GLASS PANEL, AND SOME OTHER ISSUES, AND DON'T NOW HAVE MUCH LEVERAGE TO INSIST THEY COME BACK TO DO THE WORK. SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
