Very good experience with GM Techtronics Ltd. Couple years ago we installed at the school a new gates entry system. This morning the handset which allows to operate the gates remotely and speak to the visitors has suddenly stopped working. We had a spare handset on site and tried to use it as a replacement, however when visitors tried to buzz the office, the new handset remained silence. I phoned GM techtronics and a person from their technical team has patiently guided me through all the steps required to pair the new handset with the caller unit.
