Papillomatous Digital Dermatitis also known as PDD or Digital Dermatitis, is an infectious-claw disease in cattle caused by a bacteria. Cows affected by this disease develop sore eczema and lesions on the skin (canopy edge) related to clover.

Eczema is painful and can cause lameness of different degrees for your cattle. It can also lower reproductive efficiency and reduce milk production. Problems with digital dermatitis occur mainly in groups where poor hygiene in manure paths may exist or with the introduction of infected animals into the herd.
