HVP security shutters supplied and installed my garage door. I’ve been using it without issue for 3 months and now it has suddenly stopped working leaving my garage without security… Despite being in the warranty period, they want to charge me £180 if, on the off-chance, it isn’t a warranty issue… talk about between a rock and a hard place. Surely within the first year they should come out free of charge if it stops working??? Very very disappointed.
