Very poor communicationIssues around service provision, social injustice and stereotypical practiceI have left 5 voice mails and allowed 14 day for service to respond. However, I have had no response despite council posting notices on property demanding response to them in 7 working days?I understand service provision has been affected as I work in health and social care however I always maintain that I make contact with my clients on receipt of a voicemail / message whether I am working from home or not. Additionally, I maintain an open minded approach and professionalism to practice and do not rely on judgemental stereotypical views. As the HR Act 1998 states everyone as the right to freedom and liberty as well as the right to be heard. However, I feel that myself (a citizen of hyndburn borough council for over 20 years) alongside my family have been subjected to social injustice. I would like to receive an email from the office apologising for the lack of contact even in these uncertain times when I have made every effort around my own busy schedule to make contact
