Oil Depot Mechanic Bottom Loading Skids

Our mechanical bottom loading skid is designed to provide all the equipment needed to safely bottom load road tankers, & come fully equipped with the flow meters, loading arms, pumps, & safety & control systems, all mounted on a sturdy galvanised frame. The mechanical skid also features individual mechanical counters, pre-set counters, & printers, mounted on the top of each meter. They are widely used in the oil distributor market as a cost effective replacement to outdated top loading equipment and do not require the complex and expensive automation commonly found in main line terminals.

Our in-house design engineering service allows clients to incorporate our equipment into larger projects, or to combine a number of our products into a more complete tanker loading or safe access system. Services include general arrangement & design drawings for client approval, specialist fabrication & finishing, materials testing, including NDT & Xray, & factory acceptance testing & certification.
