Very happy with IRB Contractors, would definitely recommend to others We were planning a large extension on our home, and we spent a lot of time picking the right contractor as we were spending a lot of money. IRB Contractors were recommended to us by a friend. I contacted Ian and he made us feel at ease by supplying a very detailed fixed price including his insurance details. We had a few unforeseen problems with the foundations, which were sorted out by Ian. From then on the work went very smoothly and at a good pace, Ian was very helpful with things like picking tiles and positioning of electrics etc. There were no builder’s bums or loud radios, everyone was very professional, and I was surprised that no payment was required up front. Ian supplied us with a payment schedule and contract that basically meant were only paid for work that was completed in stage payments. We are very pleased with the result, and my husband and I would definitely recommend IRB Contractors to anyone. Mrs M Jones
