About us

John R Boone Ltd is the largest UK Industrial Mixer manufacturer trading since 1861 and has a long history of manufacturing mixing machines and processing equipment. Our in-house designed machines are bespoke, uniquely engineered to customer requirements and supplied and installed worlwide.

Serving all industries from food, chemicals, waste recycling, with over 160 years of experience, whether mixing stiff gums, pastes, powders or liquids, we have a design specificaiton for you. At our Cheshire manufacturing site we have full in-house capabilities for the manufacture of your machine, complemented by the extensive mixer test centre and the best range of Boone mixing machines for hire.

We offer service engineering, repairs, overhaul and technical support with direct access to original design records reaching back over our years of trading.

Our range of mixers include Ribbon, Helical, Delta, Paddle, Z Blade, U Trough, Rotary Drum Blender, Lab mixer with optional extras such as heated / cooling jacket, pressure rated sampling valves, spray systems and many more.
