Improve the appearance and prolong the life of steel with superior duplex coatings from Joseph Ash Medway Duplex coatings are a mixture of galvanizing and powder coating, suitable for all types of steel fabrication, including gates, railings, staircases, lighting, flooring and even sculptures. The coatings provide extended durability for steel and are available in a choice of colour and texture. Our Joseph Ash Medway plant offers a 40-year guarantee on duplex coatings (subject to T&Cs), and a wide variety of durable powder coating finishes from metallic to textured, in a huge range of bright colours with varying matt, satin and gloss levels. All galvanizing at Joseph Ash plants adhere to the coatings requirements of BS EN ISO 1461:2009 and BS EN ISO 9000 quality assurance specifications.

All galvanising at Joseph Ash Plants is compliant with BS EN ISO 1461:2009 and BS EN ISO 9000 quality standards.

Our Medway plant is England has been granted as the only steel finisher in England by Akzo Nobel for one stop shop services. We are also the only approved paint applicator by Akzo Nobel and IGP.

Spin Galvansing – For protection of small parts including hinges, nuts, bolts, bracketry and fixings.
Powder Coating – Low maintenance, long lasting and colourful. Powder finishing can be used for architectural metalwork, fencing, gates and any other steel fabrication.
Shot Blasting – For clean, smooth metal on all architectural and structural steel such as gates, fences, vehicle chassis, railings, sculptures and much more.
Galvsafe Zinc Spray – A galvanising repair spray by Joseph Ash.
