jtech manufactured and installed a radiator cover to prevent my son, 7yrs, ( who has severe special needs) from climbing on the radiator and forcing the radiator off the wall which he has done lots of times and each time caused a flood and caused the boiler pressure to malfunction. now there is a cover that he cannot climb on as it has a sloped suface, it fits flush and snug to the wall so he cant find a gap to pull at it and he can no longer access the radiator. it has a front that opens with a key for maintenance and cleaning that he cannot open . we are very pleased with it as our son can now play safely in his bedroom.jtech made our job feel very important even though it was for a private residence and not a hospital ect. which proves they care about every customer no matter how small the job, we had one person from the company who was our contact all the way through (jon) he cared alot about getting every detail right and kept us well informed every step along the process. when he came to install the cover he was very friendly and professional and did an excellent job, so glad we went with this company many thanks jtech services.
