This company is dreadful, once deal is done they will then add `monetary "extras" on using excuses you have no way of checking are real, the customer service is non existent , refuse to accept any responsibility for mistakes made , communication is appalling , I had to constantly call the office to get updated information, half the time the information given was wrong , I would never deal with this company again and I strongly advise you not to!
Awful company to deal with. Promise to offer you a door to door service but fail to check out what documents are needed, therefore costing us, the client, a lot of hassle and money in clearing up the mess. No apologies and no compromise on negotiating these extra costs. Would never want someone to go through what we have experienced, so stay well clear of them. They do not know their laws and legal procedures in foreign countries and are not willing to take responsibility of their mess.
