The King Technofill F2 liquid filling machine is a medium to high speed multi pump fully automatic linear bottle filling machine for filling plastic or glass bottles and containers. The filling technology is volumetric with the servo pump head counting the gear pump revolutions to control the required amount of product. Fill volume is easily selected using a large touch screen. Individual or simultaneous volume adjustment to the pump heads can be made during the fill cycle in order to give total flexibility for liquid product handling. The Technofill 2 liquid filling machines are ideal for filling hand wash, hand sanitiser, liquid soap, cosmetics, liquid detergents, disinfectants, antibacterial liquids, household and cleaning products, creams, gels, shampoo, lotions, moisturisers, olive oils, CBD and hemp oils, lubricants and other liquid products. Features and benefits: digital fill volume control, adaptable and flexible, easy to clean, fast changeover without tools, fitted with King gear pump, 5ml to 17 litre fill range, repeatable accuracy, accepts full range of King dispensing nozzles.
