I ordered a safe and arranged for a decorater to start work in my house on the delivery day, so they could also install the safe, since his DIY skills are better than mine.It never arrived on that day, and I was given a new date 5 days into the future. Since this was the day I arranged for a new carpet to be fitted, I delayed the carpet fitting since I wanted the safe installed first. My decorater also agreed to install the safe on that day, aftering finishing his work, so I was hoping everything would work OK in the end.Come this 3rd delivery date, I heard nothing until the early afternoon, so thought I'd call to double check it actually was coming. I was told it actually wasn't! This has caused problems as I needed the safe installed before all this work was done. I've asked for a full refund as I got fed up of being messed around.
