This range is 400mm deep with an electric plug and play boiling top that's great not just for the kitchen, but it's equally useful for buffet or even mobile catering operations.Our Silverlink 600 boiling tops are each 600mm deep with the option of; a 300mm 2 zone, a 600mm 4 zone and 900mm 6 zone wide, gas and electric boiling tops. These units perfectly suite with the rest of the Silverlink 600 series, and are available with a choice of pedestals and stands. Suitable for care homes, cafe bars, village halls as well as smaller pubs and restaurantsFinally, the Opus 800 series is as the name implies 800mm deep. There are a number of unit options beginning with 300mm 2 zone, 600mm 4 zone and 900mm 6 zone wide, gas and electric boiling tops. All of which will perfectly slot in alongside the rest of the Opus 800 series and these units are available with a choice of pedestals and stands. This range is much larger in terms of its floorspace requirements, meaning that their better suited to busy commercial kitchens, large pubs and restaurants, large hospitals, school canteens, care homes and high volume production kitchens
