i bought a pair of GHDs from lookfantastic.com and paid for next day delivery, the next day it didn't come so I asked what had happened. I got a reply saying they didn't have my item in stock and that they would post it to me when they got it and once they got it, it would take about three more days to arrive at my home. Why would they mark an out of stock item as dispatched? And then not even send it to me with next day delivery when they had got it back in stock? I have asked for a full refund (to which they are yet to reply to). i have never had such bad customer service in my life and I will never buy from them again!
