Louella Belle is a Hertfordshire based company distributing professional nails, beauty and hair products for salons, beauty professionals and beauty technicians. Our product range caters for many treatments within the beauty industry such as pedicures, manicures, hairdressing, spas and so on. Have a look at our three main areas:
