With this new venture we are bringing together many years of experience managing large scale projects over a variety of sectors including; Healthcare, Commercial,Industrial property. We have designed, installed, commissioned and managed projects within the commercial sector for a number of years. Holding Planned Preventative Maintenance contracts with large shopping centres, hotels, industrial units and NHS sites. We have a team of directly employed staff that are fully qualified and receive continued professional development training to ensure we comply with the latest health and safety standards.

Our fm and small works division carry out our planned preventative maintenance throughout the year around the South East and London. Commercial Heating systems of all shapes and sizes. Pressurised hot water systems air conditioning and ductwork. Water risk assessments and sampling with laboratory test results.
