Matcon's IBC Tumble Blender provides 360° tumble-blending capability. As mixing taking place within the IBC itself, recipe changeovers are virtually instantaneous as the blender has no product contact parts to clean. A high shear intensifier extends its range of blending capabilities, providing efficient mixing of cohesive powders and featuring the ability to directly add and disperse liquid content into a recipe batch between 5 and 150 litres. Real-time analysis of mix homogeneity is possible using Near-Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy.
