We have used Medimove for many years, They have given us an excellent service, with free delivery and always a keen price.They have matched our best price from other suppliers. They always help us on difficult lines when others are out of stock eg Hep A. Fast friendly service. We dont have a minimum order with them but still delivery is free for us as regular customers.
The customer service teams just don’t care and don't speak with confident. Placed an order for my surgery on the 26 May 2014. Was sent the wrong order. Called them and they said they would collect the wrong item and re-send the correct item. Did neither. Second call to them and was advised items would be on the way. Still items not received and still no collection. On the 6th June a Medimove driver arrived for a collection but no parcel delivered. Ring up again for the third time. and then inform me that the order has been cancelled! No correspondence whatsoever received in relation to this cancellation – unbelievable. Now chasing refund. Will report if I don't receive. Why should I keep ringing you to sort this out? Really disappointed, why do people buy from this company?? I certainly won't be ever shopping with them again - AWFUL.
