About us

Meridian Exhibitions Ltd specialise in creating tailored display solutions with the design, supply and building of exhibition stands, as well as installing electrics, to over 100 events a year nationwide and abroad.

Based in Hampshire, we provide key event services in house and are ideally placed to meet the challenges of today's events industry.

Exhibition Electrics
Our qualified electricians have been providing exhibition electrics and tailored lighting and power solutions to exhibition stands in over 20 countries worldwide since 1984. When it comes to electrics, some thought put into the lighting of products and displays is guaranteed to enhance your exhibit.

Exhibition Stands
Meridian supplies a range of exhibition stand building services to event organisers and exhibitors. From supplying shell scheme exhibition stands to bespoke design build stands and poster panels to conference booths; coupled with our electrical services, we can provide the major components needed to build any exhibition.

Conference Events
Further to our trade show services, we have been a key supplier to the conference industry for a number of years. We supply graphics display panels as well as build conference booths and seminar rooms. Using our in house stock of exhibition panels and electrical stock we have the experience and resources to deliver.

Exhibition Power Services
We are an officially recognised electrical contractor in all the major UK exhibition venues including Olympia London, Excel London and the Birmingham NEC, as well as many abroad too. This means we can work with you in all your event venues and help create continuity in your brand message.

Exhibition Lighting
From providing standard spotlighting to modern led light installations our experience means that we can deliver; whatever your budget. When working on outdoor events held in temporary structures, we can supply overhead lighting, as well as car park illumination and security lighting.

Exhibition Generator Set Hire
When events and exhibitions are held in locations where insufficient or no electrical services exist to power your event, Meridian can supply a range of generator sets to supply incoming electrical mains power. Working with organising teams we can advise on types of generator sets, health and safety considerations, power ratings, manage logistics and coordinate fuel supplies.
