To install, begin by levelling and compacting the soil as evenly as possible, then lay a membrane over the prepared area. For containment, box in the space using 2x4-inch edging securely staked down. When ready, simply pour the Rubber Chippings directly from the bags into the designated area. MonsterMulch provides flexibility in delivery scheduling, allowing customers to choose their preferred delivery day with a standard lead time of 5 working days. Wetpour
This slip-resistant and non-abrasive surfacing is designed to prevent puddles as it is porous, maintaining a safe environment for children. Moreover, Wet Pour allows for creative customisation with colourful graphics, games, or emblems. This involves stencil design and layering contrasting colours, or incorporating pattern tiles within the base layer and surrounding them with Wet Pour for added visual appeal and functionality. Whether for simple or complex playground layouts, Wet Pour from MonsterMulch provides a versatile and durable solution that prioritises both safety and creativity.
Bonding Resins
Polyeurothane bonding resins designed specifically for binding wet pour and rubber mulch surfaces. Available in 220kg drums or 25kg kegs, these resins provide a strong and durable bond essential for playground and landscaping projects. It's important to note that standard resins may exhibit a slight UV yellowing effect, particularly noticeable in lighter colors such as egg white, light grey, and light blue. For orders of resin only, a minimum purchase of 3 x 25kg kegs is required. This ensures customers have an adequate supply for their surfacing needs, guaranteeing quality and reliability in every application.
