About us

Multitron is the exclusive agent (UK & Republic of Ireland ) for MENTOR GmbH, German component manufacturer. Working with MENTOR for over 20 years, Multitron is more than familiar with MENTOR's broad range of light guides, LED components, opto electronics, equipment handles and control knobs, 7 segment displays, switches and accessories, plus custom electronic component design and manufacture.

Many of MENTOR's fully-developed technologies and component solutions have no recognised generic name and can be difficult to find on the web! Multiron's aim is to guide Electronic Design Engineers in the UK when searching for custom electronic components for their product design, to promote solutions such as illuminated switching, miniature light guides and MENTOR competencies in harnessing the light output from today’s small but powerful LEDs and converting it to homogenous or targeted light.
