Fantastic quality octagonal picnic table. Arrived in four weeks which was within the expected delivery period. It was delivered safely on a palet and by a helpful delivery driver. Quick to set up with two people. Built to last - very heavy duty recycled plastic and well made. Just need the weather to make use of it now. A lovely dark brown colour. We are extremely pleased - many thanks.

I am very pleased with the delivery and the deferrment of delivery until a week when I was able to accept it. However, I did not get very much notice of delivery actual day or time (not everyone has a computer/mobile accepting emails on all the time).The product itself is very impressive and won my husband over, although he was not involved in its selection. I am very pleased to have a bench made from recyled products.

Excellent service, great delivery, brilliant product however more advice on the type of screwdriver needed is essential. Manually pretty impossible for elderly but pretty fit people. An electric screwdriver did work on some of the screws but still many remain about 1 cm above the countersink hole. We have also damaged a new electric screwdriver bought for the purpose.

Wonderful garden furniture. We (so far) have two of the 2 seat benches (one yellow, one green) and a black and yellow picnic table for 4.Wonderfully easy to build and excellent quality. The most shocking thing is the delivery time. First bench we ordered caught us out completely as it was delivered the very next day! Since then we've always made sure we're about the following day and sure enough, they came.We like both the furniture and the ethos so much I'm sure we'll be back for more.

After ordering the bench I was disappointed to see that I would have to wait about 4 weeks for delivery. So I was very pleased to receive a phone call to check if I could take delivery only 8 days later. I managed to put it together on my own, all I needed was an Allen key and screwdriver. At one point I was frustrated as the bolt holes in the back didn't align but after loosening the seat bolts and a bit of pulling I managed to get the bolts in. I'm very pleased with the bench, it's comfortable, sturdy and solid. I wanted a no maintenance bench for year round use, that will last a long time and it looks like it fits the bill.

Great quality raised beds and planters which are very well made and easy to construct. You do need 2 people and a good electric screwdriver and it took us just under an hour per bed to make. They are quite heavy to manoeuvre into place, we found it easiest to take out the top layer of boards and screw them in once the beds were in situ. We are delighted with the results and love the green colour we chose. We are looking forward not to have to paint or repair wooden veg beds ever again! The hexagonal planters come ready constructed so you just have to pop them in place. They are really strong and robust and look great when planted up.

Fantastic products ( benches ) the quality is better than we thought for a product that uses recycled plastic. It's a big bench, quite heavy and seems very sturdy. We choose Black & it looks very expensive, seems comfy to sit on. It was More than we wanted to spend, but I guess you get what you pay for so only time will tell. We are looking at buying 2 picnic benches now.
The bench was delivered quite soon after the order. Kind of light in weight, lighter than expected, smaller than expected..though they did give the measurements, that's just my perception.I haven't actually unwrapped and or installed it. I'm so pleased about finding this place using and recycling material. I bought the bench to sit in a field in my village. I aim to install the bench on it's location around April. So far, so good. I expect that will be fine and as it should in April. Thank you.

We are very happy with the product itself, although the instructions could have been a little clearer about which side to place legs. Neighbours have been asking about it especially as we chose a multi coloured one.We were not happy however about the delivery. It was just left at the bottom of our drive, effectively on land not belonging to us. No note had been left. We accept that is may have been too heavy to take up our drive but to have been told it was there would have been helpful. The arrival was a surprise as it also came several weeks earlier than we had expected!

Ordered and was told it would take 4 weeks minimum but came two days later with no email warning so just beware. Was wary of how I was going to be able to put this table together when buying, just give yourself time to go through the paper and video instructions. Put together in around 75 minutes using the tools supplied by them with no problems. Looks fantastic and can't wait to use when it's a bit warmer. Definitely recommend company and product.

The furniture was delivered on time and is easy to assemble, I did spend a bit of time trying to work out what bolts to use where this could be better explained I think.I had some nuts left over but was short of washers but these where easily scoured.Very pleased with the final outcome and friendly service.

Ordered the captain's bench in green. Despite stating on the site 4 weeks delivery it arrived within 2 days! Packaging and quality of product excellent. My only suggestion would be to improve the instructions by advising that all bolts should be fitted loosely initially as is precision made and it's impossible to align the seat back bolts if the seat and legs have been tightly bolted. A minor issue but it would save a bit of effort. Looking forward to the next 25 years!

Bench arrived quickly. It took a little time to put together - the screws weren’t that easy to screw in. However it is really solid and is comfortable to sit in - and will not require painting or treatment each year. Very pleased.

Ordered online, a 2 seater Captains Bench with engraving on top plank, ordering was easy & a fair price inc delivery. There was some time lag due to Engraving requirements & it seems that the Company moved premises during the transaction, making the delivery time longer. However the Bench is a superb quality & was simple to assemble, everything was supplied correctly & it looks very good. It is difficult to tell from a distance that this product is recycled plastic & not wood, I would certainly recommend this product if you are looking to replace a wooden bench.

Ordered a 6 seater Crews Mess set in grey.Absolutely fabulous.Fed up of having to stain our wooden set each couple of years and when it needed replacing I started looking for alternatives.Love the fact that this is made of recycled material,can stay outside in all weathers,is made in the UK and the length of time it is expected to last.Wasn’t sure whether to go with the more traditional brown but thought we would have a change and go for the grey, so glad we did! Even though it can stay out all year round I bought the Outsunny green rectangular cover from Robert Dyas which fits perfectly and we will put this on in the winter for a bit of extra protection. The set was due for delivery earlier than expected, but when given a delivery date we just phoned and rearranged as we were going on holiday.It was then delivered on the agreed date. It is heavy and certainly very sturdy,for the table you will need 2 or 3 people to move it.Husband spent a couple of days leisurely putting it all together.Now looking forward to seeing the sun!

Very pleased with the quality of the garden bench.The only thing that I can give a negative response to is the delivery, we were told 4-6 weeks but it turned up unexpectedly 2 days later. It was lucky we were in to accept it.

Really pleased with my picnic table had a problem with my order part of the table had been broken in transit but emailed them and it was sorted straight away a new part was sent for table the next day
We received our delivery well on time. The delivery was without any problems. The assembly was quite easy. We have now installed our 3 picnic tables in our woodland. They have been well received by all. Thanks for these I can recommend to all.
We were looking around to replace our wooden bench that was starting to rot, even though treated and painted. We came across NBB Recycled Furniture and liked the idea of a maintenance free bench made from recycled plastic milk bottles. The price was really attractive as well as the 25 year guarantee. Phoned the company and quickly got samples of the brown and the black. We picked the brown Captain's Treble Seat and ordered it from Robert Dyas on a Thursday evening. NBB shipped it and it was with us early Monday morning. It took 2 of us about 30 minutes to assemble and we were sat on it in time for our elevenses. It looks great in its location and will hopefully give us many hours of use.

Very happy with my purchase of Captains Bench good instructions for assembly. The only fault is, it wasn't until I unpacked the box did I find out what tools were required to assemble it. It might be a good idea to include this information in your description of the item.

The furniture was delivered on time and is easy to assemble, I did spend a bit of time trying to work out what bolts to use where this could be better explained I think.I had some nuts left over but was short of washers but these where easily scoured.Very pleased with the final outcome and friendly service.
The bench is very sturdy and heavy, it won't blow away. Great quality and fitted together very well. We will definitely purchase more garden furniture from NBB Recycled.
I ordered my 3 seater bench on the Wednesday expecting a 2-6 weeks delay so was over the moon to receive it Monday morning delivered by a very pleasant driver, my husband & I unpacked it & within 45minutes had it assembled & we were enjoying a cup of tea sat outside on it. Excellent service, excellent product.
The seat is for a graveyard & will be placed near a War Memorial where people can sit. The verger & committee are delighted that the material used is long lasting.
Ordered the captain's bench in green. Despite stating on the site 4 weeks delivery it arrived within 2 days! Packaging and quality of product excellent. My only suggestion would be to improve the instructions by advising that all bolts should be fitted loosely initially as is precision made and it's impossible to align the seat back bolts if the seat and legs have been tightly bolted. A minor issue but it would save a bit of effort. Looking forward to the next 25 years!
Ordered and was told it would take 4 weeks minimum but came two days later with no email warning so just beware. Was wary of how I was going to be able to put this table together when buying, just give yourself time to go through the paper and video instructions. Put together in around 75 minutes using the tools supplied by them with no problems. Looks fantastic and can't wait to use when it's a bit warmer. Definitely recommend company and product.
Ordered the captains bench and was expecting delivery in 4 to 6 weeks after speaking to someone on the phone. It was in fact delivered after 6 days. A slight issue with being short of 6 screws. I contacted NBB about this matter and a very helpful woman arranged for them to be delivered the next day. The bench is strong, sturdy and looks very nice. I really like the fact it is made of recycled bottles and has a long guarantee. Very pleased!! Would not hesitate to purchase again. Thank you.
Fantastic products ( benches ) the quality is better than we thought for a product that uses recycled plastic. It's a big bench, quite heavy and seems very sturdy. We choose Black & it looks very expensive, seems comfy to sit on. It was More than we wanted to spend, but I guess you get what you pay for so only time will tell. We are looking at buying 2 picnic benches now.
Bought a green bench. Very pleased with it - from any distance at all it looks for all the world like a painted wooden one. Nice green too - no sign of its recycled origins. Colour is consistent. No sharp edges from the moulding. Nice and heavy - it feels very solid. This was bought as a trial - I need some benches that won't rot out if left out in long grass. On the basis of this one I will definitely be ordering more, as this one is staying at the house.
Loving my new chairs, waiting for table now , easy to put together , seems expensive but worth every penny , it’s interesting to see how many recycled bottles they use for each product , fascinating and interesting. Never have to worry know about trying to look after them , sanding varnishing etc. One extremely happy customer!!!
I am so impressed with the company. I ordered a bench which was supposed to be a 2-6 weeks order and it arrived within the week. I love it! It looks good, is unlikely to give me splinters and assembled seems to be very sturdy. Bonus is that I don't have to seal it or paint it or anything. Second set of seats purchased from this company four in total, the first pair we bought in summer 2019 and still look as good as the day we received them.We are replacing all the seating around our apartment block eventually mainly because of the rising cost of annual treatment of the wooden seating.Being maintenance free and keeping their new look is well worth the cost of replacing the wooden seats.
Just received the Winawood, Speyside 2 seater bench in Duck Egg green. Absolutely love it. Very strong and comfortable. Does require 2 to lift it. Took my husband no time at all to put it together as only in four pieces with simple instructions to follow, enclosed. The deliver chap very helpful and moved it to the side of the house behind a locked gate. What's more it contributes to recycling plastic bottles to better use.
I bought the 3 seater Winawood Sandwick bench in New Teak, delivery was quicker than it said which was great. Well packaged to avoid any damage. I love it its so comfortable and I can't believe how much it looks like wood. It even has the grain effect of wood. Very happy with my purchase so much I am going to buy the 2 seater one as well. Definitely recommend.
Our tennis club ordered two of the Winawood Speyside 3 Seater Benches in green. Good service, prompt delivery and wonderful products. Very strong and sturdy, easy to assemble and very attractive unlike some other recycled plastic that I have seen around. Also if it gets stained it can be cleaned with 70% alcohol, ie hand sanitiser - at last another use for this, so no need to buy the cleaner spray that is offered.

Our Captain's Bench was delivered within a couple of days of ordering. It was very straightforward to assemble and is extremely sturdy. Was initially after recycled composite slats for my traditional wrought iron ended bench seat, however I was unable to find any. I literally stumbled on Recycledfurniture and spotted the Captains Bench seat. Looked good, great reviews etc, so I ordered it. Was delivered within a week as opposed to what they stated (2-10 weeks), so was delighted at that. Assembly was relatively easy, but bear in mind, the completed seat weighs a ton! Once in situ, I was over the moon. Looks brilliant and no more slats that get weather beaten! Highly recommend this line of furniture 😃

I ordered the jubilee bench. Good delivery. Easy to assemble. It had slight damage on one of the legs - following an email, I had a quick response. The replacement part was dispatched and arrived the next day. Great service. Would recommend.
2xCaptain's Chairs: Delivered ahead of schedule and now assembled. Second one was easier to assemble as I learned from the first one not to tighten the bolts before all 6 were in. On the second chair I just engaged a few threads and assembly was much easier. Very pleased with the service, product and delivery. Delighted - so glad I ordered the Winawood Speyside bench in grey. It arrived less than 48 hours later! It was easily assembled by one person in under 15 minutes. A real quality product, looks great and very solid and sturdy. Seat height & depth just right, very comfortable. Not cheap but not overpriced for this quality. Only downside is a lot of packaging materials to dispose of.
Excellent service - delivered within 72 hours. Well packaged - but beware it is heavy for old people to move. Very solid make and would imagine weatherproof for a long time. Good value for money and looks ideal in the garden space we had picked out. You need a more powerful drill/screwdriver than we had to drill in the screws and although we had Allen keys this might catch people out if they don't possess them. A first rate robust product and good people to deal with.

I ordered the captains treble bench in grey. Within 3 days it was delivered. You need to have a free day for delivery as the time given is between 8am and 6pm. Delivery was straightforward.Bench requires assembly 2 people can easily manage this. No missing screws or bolts in fact there were extras in the pack. Excellent quality product, solid components, looks great in my garden and very comfortable to sit on.
Great product! Whilst quite expensive definitely a case of getting what you pay for. Quoted 4-6 weeks delivery so was delighted when my bench arrived the next day! We are now about to order another matching bench and coffee table.
Delighted with the garden bench. It arrived very quickly and is well made and sturdy. Self assembly was straightforward, though a second person to hold the components in place makes it easier. Particularly pleased with the grey finish. The colour isn’t flat and looks lovely from a distance as well as up close. Comfortable to sit on and looking forward to the lack of maintenance!

I ordered quite a large amount of furniture for the company I work for. The customer service I received was excellent and the products match that too. Very well made tables, chairs and benches and easy to assemble.
