Dreadful.Based on the experience of my family and I restrict my comments to: "If you are considering using this Company.... don't. Don't do it. Give them a wide berth. Look elsewhere. Save yourself the heartache."
I called the company at 8:45am in the morning on the off chance that they could assist with an office move that morning. Without hesitation they checked and were able to accommodate my request. When taking payment they noted that I was on a train and suggested that I call from a more secure location to provide them with credit card information. Thoughtful, helpful service.The gents that turned up were helpful and thorough and took care to mark the boxes.I also required storage at the last minute and they took the boxes off to their storage facility without any problems. Fantastic service and highly recommended.

Great company truly went above and beyond with every aspect of the move. From the office staff who have a real understanding of the stresses we faced to the crew who had years of experience, which showed, to the after service where we received a bunch of flowers and a card from Nightingale's welcoming us to our new home. Highly recommend this company to anyone that wants a straight forward removal hassle free.
Very pleased with Nightingales service. From the very start the team were friendly and helpful. We had so many questions and concerns, as this was our first proper move and the team put us at ease and explained everything. Our move was less than simple due to tight access at both our old and new home but they explained how they overcome it and get us moved before the deadline on the day.The actual move went as described and we were amazed at the guys who moved us. So hard working and friendly.
The worst experience ever of a removal company. I have moved more than 6 times. Never had these problems before. I took out insurance but was told I wasn’t insured when I asked for a claim form. Requests for documentation ignored. Information Commissioners complaint upheld and instruction ignored to date. I was abused and bullied when I tried to complain. My goods were in storage for over 4 years. Their claims as to state of the art storage are unsubstantiated to my detriment. Charges extortionate. Staff incompetent and abusive. When you report a problem emails ignored. Their advice in respect of moving abroad was totally false. Reported to BAR as others have done. BAR code of conduct adherence zero. There are many other removal companies. I wish I’d chosen any of them. There are other similar reviews if you search. Positive reviews look false. Avoid.
Quite frankly the most appalling service. If you would like to witness your grand piano being slid across the floor in bubble wrap, go ahead. If you are willing to leave your property on your driveway when emigrating, this is the service for you. Our insurers are reduced to reporting to BAR, as Nightingale have failed to supply the required paperwork to complete the claim. Avoid.
Nightingales provided a very competitive quote and all seemed well. This company provide a very friendly up front customer service at what appeared to be a competitive price. As they say you get what you pay for - we ended up with damaged furniture caused by the negligence of the removal team £500 worth! We then had a battle to try and get repairs done and were forced to claim on insurance and to pay the excess out of our own pocket for damage they caused. At no time did they put their hands up and offer to get the repairs done at their cost. Be very wary about using this firm they are not that careful with your possessions and if there is a problem they will make you pay for it!
