Extremely poor service,lack of communication.We had our Air conditioning fitted in 2021 .it was used for no more than 3 times since then and suddenly stopped cooling.we tried to contact optimum but there was a very poor communication with them .also they never provided us with any certification and when we insisted to have electrical certificate they’ve sent someone who was checking our tv plug instead of air con electric installation!!!! We still haven’t received any certificate until now .Very disappointing service which cost us extra money to get required certificates too .AVOID AT ANY COST
