We made a contract with Pace Telecom for a telephone system that cost £12,000. The first instalment was due before the installation, the second after the installation and the training was completed and the third a month thereafter.Unfortunately, the telephone system has not functioned well. People have either not been able to call out or receive calls at all times. Pace Telecom has not completed the installation and the training. Yet, they still demanded the second tranche of £4000 and when we couldn't pay because the agreed services had not been provided, they cut us off on 25/08/2017 at 14:30. We would not recommend this company to anyone.
