This is the second time that we have worked with Promobox for our promotional needs. We just required a modest selection of items and as ever they helped us find the ones which where just right for our needs. We ordered some pens from Promobox a couple of years ago and they were fine, delivered promptly and efficiently. We reordered again last year, this time with a new telephone number specific to that division of our company. Again they arrived promptly. This year the pens again arrived in good time and good condition. The only problem was that this time they were the same as the initial batch, with the main company number on instead of the number for the new division - perfectly usable, but just not quite what we wanted. So I rang Promobox with a view to getting a few quid off (you've got to try, haven't you?), but to my surprise, when I explained the situation, they immediately admitted their mistake and volunteered to replace them in full. They did not even ask for the old ones back. I was more than happy and wish all our suppliers responded in such a way when things go wrong.
