Power Lifts Ltd based in Woodthorpe, Nottingham are experts in the design, manufacture & supply of custom built platform lifts and lifting tables. Our equipment is suitable for all industries and includes platform lifts, scissor lifts, lift tables, goods lifts, passenger lifts, loading bay lifts, manual handling lifts, wheelchair lifts and more. Since the 1970’s Power Lifts have manufactured over 100,000 units. We are able to produce platform lifts and lifting tables to suit all environments using galvanised or stainless steel materials.
Power Lifts clients include partners and multi-national companies across the world. Our work is based on the widely accepted BS EN 1570 standard that provides specific requirements for industrial lifting tables.
We offer scissor lift tables ranging from 600mm to 15,000mm in length with lifter widths ranging from 350mm to 6,500mm. Almost all of our lift tables are electro-hydraulic. Others include push chain (Serapid or SMS type), trapezoidal screw drive, air motor, air bag, air spring & belt drives.
Power lifts speciality is single and multi-stage electro-hydraulic scissor actuated lifting devices. Although our main factory produces only scissor lifting devices we also focus on the day to day design and manufacture of scissor lift tables to client specifications.
Power Lifts offer a wide range of extras including smooth or slip resisting tear pattern deck plates, access hatches over power packs and cylinders, lifting eye bolts, loading flaps, turn-tables and more. Other options include safety galvanised mesh curtains, roller blinds, castors and pallet style base-frames for easier transportation.
Most of our scissor lift tables come with a range of safety features as standard.
