Hydraulic gantry rental and hydraulic gantry leasing are available for your short-term and long-term projects so that you can achieve all of your heavy lifting objectives. You can choose from hydraulic gantries with a lift capacity of between 100 and 500-tonne load capacity, extending up to 40 feet in the air.

When access is difficult a hydraulic gantry, often referred to as a jacking system or mini-jack, can be all you need as it is a heavy lifting method that can be adapted to solve numerous heavy or awkward lifting problems. A hydraulic gantry is a very versatile lift system as it can be set up under the load you want to lift but also over, around, and adjacent to it. It’s this versatility which makes a hydraulic gantry so cost effective.

Using a hydraulic gantry correctly you can take advantage of the long reach of its hydraulic cylinders, perhaps in conjunction with steel beams and tracks, to give you the most adaptable, stable and safe system for lifting, turning, lowering, traversing and tilting plant and machinery.

The hydraulic gantries in use with Projector Lifting Service Ltd have a number of unique features to ensure optimum stability and safety: Self-contained hydraulics and electrics, self-propelled planetary drive, and the lift level system which provides the operator with  information about the lifting beam state.

Together with your hydraulic gantry hire you can include accessories to complete the gantry system such as additional header beams, swivel hook beam, skid tracks, steel supports, side shift systems, load weighing, and other lifting attachments.
