Rolfe Contracting Limited (RCL) was established in 1997 as a Mechanical and Electrical installation contractor. We have grown to become an industry respected provider of specialist construction and engineering solutions together with facilities management services for customers nationwide across a variety of sectors. We operate as a bespoke individual structure contractor focusing to provide a sustainable environment for the future.
