Based in Stanstead Airport, we have grown steadily over the past 30 years, evolving with the technological advancements that have shaped our industry.

Platform Hire
Our cherry pickers and access platforms available for hire cover all categories of MEWP. Our expertly trained staff maintain all our machinery to the highest standard. In addition to hire, Rapid Platforms also operates in access equipment sales, servicing and training as an IPAF Rental and accredited training centre.
All of our cherry pickers are available for hire with trained and experienced IPAF operators or if you prefer we can arrange IPAF training enabling you to operate one of our self-drive powered access platforms yourself for work at height.

Our electric hoists are able to carry equipment weighing up to 2,0000kg and up to a height of 100 metres. They can be either wall mounted or attached to scaffold. Our double barrow load platforms provide plenty of space for bulk and heavy materials.
We offer a full installation and dismantle service for all hoist rentals.
