Ridge Flexible Pillow Tanks, which are also known as bladder tanks, have been designed to store liquids from 1,000 litres to 250,000 litres. Our pillow tank design has been used successfully for many years to store product over short, medium and long terms of use.

These pillow tanks are manufactured in PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) or a TPU/PVC blend. The material is bonded together to make the pillow tank construction by welded the seams together using a High Frequency Welding machine.

Ridge Product Services are able to supply and install pillow tanks in Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Preston Sheffield, Birmingham, and throughout the UK.

Ridge Product Services Limited was founded in 2019. We have designed and supplied flexible storage tanks to a variety of markets for over 20 years. RPS gained this experience from a multi-national company that no longer supplied these products. RPS was formed as a result.

About Bladder Tanks / Pillow Tanks:

Flexible pillow tanks, also known as bladder tanks, can store liquids from 1,000 litres to 250,000 litres. It has been used successfully for many years to store product over short, medium, and long periods of time.

Pillow tanks are made of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) or a combination of TPU/PVC. Using a High Frequency Welding machine, the seams of the pillow tank are welded together to form the structure.
 
We manufacture RPS products in a factory that is ISO9001 certified in the UK.
