Our shutters were fit by Mike and we absolutely love them. My partner and I are in the process of renovating and they really complete our flat. The shutters to awhile to arrive due to shipment issues which was out of the teams control but I was kept up today date though out I would definitely order from Riverside Shutters again.
We had some shutter blinds installed in our new house by Mike and his team. The order was placed in April and due to covid and high demand, the manufacturing and shipping processes were quite slow, but that was anticipated given the current situation. It was definitely worth the wait! Mike and his team managed to finish installation in a day and the blinds look impeccable! I would highly recommend Riverside Shutters for their quality products and services!

The installation was of very good quality, and it looked the same as with the other shutters and blinds that the previous owners installed 7 years ago. As we had a wide window, Michael was able to change the design from a 2-piece shutter to a 3-piece shutter after we had placed the order.
We are very pleased with the shutters we’ve had installed by Mike and the team at Riverside. I’ve waited to live with them for a couple of months before reviewing and it’s been excellent. They’re lovely quality and great to use. In the bedrooms we had integrated blackout blinds fitted, which have been a game changer! Great for an almost pitch black room at night, plus help to keep the rooms cool in hotter weather if left down during the day. Mike and Charlotte at the office were good to deal with, always responsive. Fitting team were friendly and professional. Minor snags rectified quickly.

5* perfection I have recently refurbished a 5 bedroom house in Kew. I can safely say that Riverside Shutters are the only people who delivered what they said they would, and on time. The rep, guys in back office and fitter were delightful. The product is beautiful and without any flaws.

Our experience with Riverside Shutters was very good throughout, from the initial visit and quote, order progress and arranging installation. Great service and fantastic shutters ! I had my shutters fitted in phases as I was having work done on my property, they were able to order my shutters and fitted them as and when I needed them. I chose the British made shutters which are of great quality. Mike and his team were helpful, friendly and accommodating to my needs. I had shutters fitted previously and the service was exemplary. Today fitter Matt replaced 2 louvres due to damage. It took just a few minutes and was free of charge. I totally recommend Riverside Shutters to anyone. If you want good service/products with a friendly professional approach this is the company.

Shutters were essential for my barn-like property, with the overall height of each window more than two and a half meters; each window rising to a point at the top. The flexibility and the attractiveness of the wooden slats provide shading and warmth in the winter and directed flow of fresh air and variable sunlight in the Summer.

2nd time using. This time was for my Mothers house. Shutters look great and mum very happy.Michelle has been incredibly helpful and is quick to respond. Only issue was mum paid extra for UK made quicker delivery and it didnt work out much quicker. 4-6 weeks turned into 11 so she probably would of been better off paying less and getting the 10-12 week delivery.

Having moved into a new home with a young family and myself being away from home a lot for work, I was concerned for the safety of my family within new surroundings. Everything ran smoothly from initial quotation visit to fitting. Our fitter, Walter, was fastidious, polite and respectful. We are delighted with the end result and have received many compliments on the shutters from friends, family and neighbours. They have virtually draught-proofed our single-glazed, original sash windows and we are so pleased that we are considering giving the windows at the rear of the house the same treatment.
The fitter was great, took his shoes off when he came into the house, he spent a great deal of care fitting the shutters and making sure they were fitted properly (difficult with our uneven window frames) and didn't leave until he was happy with them. He cleaned up afterwards and explained everything we needed to know. The shutters look lovely and make a real difference to the look of the rooms.

The shutters look lovely, the finish is really flush and straight. The Riverside team are really personable (Mike and Walter) and the latter, the carpenter, fitted the windows to such a high standard. The finish is absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend Riverside.
