Dealt with my order fine but could not grasp that it had to be delivered to a different address and not to us, even though we had attached a delivery note with all the information along with our order. Waste of £18.00 delivery charge as we had to send it out to our customer, not only costing us another delivery charge but also an additional delay. Would not use again and definitely would not recommend.
