Here at Signtek, we give our clients the option to illuminate their signage, which we always recommend. Your signage is one of your most important assets, telling visitors and passers-by where you are located and being the first things people see, it’s essential to make sure your brand presence is better than others around you.

Our illuminated signs are fabricated using LEDs, which are available in a range of colours and tones whilst being a lot more sustainable than other forms of illumination.

Whilst aiding in the finding the location of your premises, the main reason for illuminating your signage is that it instantly elevates your sign, giving a classy and expensive impression, giving the competitive edge over competitors. Adding illumination can give your customers the impression that what your business is offering is more upmarket and of higher quality than your competitors. However, if your competitors are already using illumination, this gives more of a reason to illuminate your sign, you don’t want your business to appear less appealing in comparison.

There are two main systems we fabricate for illumination, Track and Rail Systems and Stencil Cut Sign Trays. Both systems project a premium and up market effect, the system is chosen depending on the client’s personal preference and this can also be aided depending on what system suits the clients branding.

As you can see, track and rail systems allow for both the face of the acrylic to be illuminated, as well as a halo back lighting. Sign trays are an excellent choice when working on a budget or needing a sign within a quick lead time. An added benefit of both sign systems is that they are interchangeable, meaning you can bring your sign with you should you chose to relocate!
