Absolute cowboys. This shower (I nearly put company then but that would be an insult to descent business owners around the country) has cost us time and money. Starting with the so called salesperson Jamie Barret, he has done nothing but blatantly lie to us all along despite numerous phone calls he has completely wasted our time. We decided to call the customer service team (very much a play on words) which consisted of a guy called Wesley Irwin he epitomises this outfit, he was rude and obnoxious, his opening gambit when I told him I had a complaint "go for it mate" it went further downhill after that, once asked what the name of the CEO was he replied "I dont know you can find out on google". Another call to the sales team to ask to speak to the sales manager resulted in no call back. Left messages for Andy Smith and Aron Priest still nothing. We have now gone to a descent professional print company as this lot are clearly not. If I ran this business I would be absolutely ashamed of myself but I guess this will be another bad review amongst many. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear they don't deliver.

Really impressed by the quality of the printing and the excellent value for money provided by Solopress. My first experience of an on-line printing company, but they were very helpful and provided the necessary assistance. We will certainly use them again!

What can I say. 250 business cards, and 250 A4 brochures. All full colour, double sided, creased and folded. Quality and price excellent. If that was not good enough, they arrived on my doorstep 23 hours after I had placed the order. Utterly staggering service.

I ordered my business cards through solopress from hearing about their 24hour delivery service. This, I was soon to find out, was actually a lie!I was notified I would not recieve these the next day via the courier service. I then called solopress to complain and I was assured that then would then be delivered the following day between 9am and 12pm(I stated otherwise I would use a different 24 hour delivery company). By 12.30 nothing had turned up so I called them again to find out again that it had been sent to the wrong depot and that depot was closed and nothing could be done for me. I then found myself with less then 24hours to go with no other form of advertising for my company. I have now recieved a call after placing an complaint and it seems as though they are not going to give me a refund of any sort other than a discount when I next used them!! which I am now not going to do. Their excuse has been that it is the couriers fault but for me that is not an excuse they should use a different courier sevrice or at least offer a refund for all the inconvenience caused. I will never use solopress again and will never recommend them to anyone.

Solopress were fast and efficient, dealt with my request immediately - emailing artwork to me straight away - and I received my poster the next day. The poster was of excellent quality and I will definitely deal with Solopress again.
We only started our business 8 months ago, and were using vistaprint for our business cards. However we wish we had used solopress from the start. We used the design service, and were a bit sceptical at first, but the designers were amazing and the process was incredibly fast. We had our cards within 3 days of our order. The cards are of a much superior quality and we have had many compliments already from clients. We would definitely recommend to all businesses who want to make a good impression with their clients.

I am a freelance graphic designer who has commissioned Solopress for print jobs since 2007. I have always found Solopress to be reliable and its staff friendly, helpful and accommodating: The quality of the print jobs has always been top grade and excellent value for money. The staff go out of their way to make sure the processes of ordering, going to print and delivering the result meet the customers needs, even if it has meant on one occasion their staff staying behind a bit late to ensure deadlines are met. This is an excellent company and I recommend them over and above any other print company in the UK.
I've found it extremely quick easy to contact Solopress staff by email or phone and always receive helpful guidance. The prices are very reasonable and the finished products high quality and extremely promptly delivered.
The leaflets and posters I have received have always been good quality, arrived on time and well packaged. Even when I had made a mistake the staff were most helpful and the job re-done without hitch.

I've used Solopress on numerous occasions now, and have found their pricing to be very competetive, but more importantly, their reliability and quality to be second to none.I've never said this before about any other supplier, but I have no hesitation in recommending them un-reservedly and do not envisage going elsewhere for future printing work !

Terrible customer service, late delivery, cards didn't arrive in time, too expensive, please avoid.
