Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
This is the most popular first aid qualification. The Emergency First Aid at Work qualification (EFAW) is the choice of many employers to ensure they are meeting the requirements of the Health and Safety (first aid) Regulations 1981
The QNUK Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) is ideal for those employers that need to meet the minimum requirement of first aid regulations; typically those working in shops, offices and other low risk environments.

First Aid at Work (FAW)
This qualification is for those undertaking the role of a first aider in the workplace. The QNUK Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) has been developed in conjunction with other AOs and supports employers to meet their requirements under the Health and Safety (First Aid) regulations 1981. (NI 1982)

This qualification is typically delivered over 3 days. It is for those working in higher risk workplaces, or lower risk workplaces with larger numbers of staff and visitors.

RYA Courses
At SPR Training, we are proud to be a RYA Recognised Training Centre offering a range of certified courses in Scotland. Our RYA courses include First Aid, SRC VHF Radio (both classroom and online), and Safe & Fun Safeguarding, ensuring participants gain essential skills for safe and responsible boating. We also provide RYA Sailability Disability Awareness Training, promoting inclusivity on the water. For those seeking further expertise, we can arrange additional courses like RYA Radar, Diesel, and Theory Courses, such as Yachtmaster and Dayskipper. QNUK Courses
We offer a comprehensive range of Qualifications Network (QNUK) certified courses to meet diverse first aid, safety, and emergency response needs. Our courses include Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), First Aid at Work (FAW), and specialised qualifications like Emergency Paediatric First Aid (EPFA) and Forest School First Aid, catering to various environments and professions.
