I've never received such a poor excuse for customer service from a company before.I ordered some display bags on their website, which were described as crystal clear bags suitable for storing documents. However upon receipt of the bags, I was not happy with the quality. The bags that I received were not clear, and were infact a murky semi-transparant material. They were incredibly thin and flimsy, and were folded and haphazardly crammed loose into a mailing bag - meaning that when they arrived, they were full of ugly folds and creases.After trying and failing to find a return policy on their website, I rang their customer services, and dealt with an incredibly rude agent, who continuously questioned me with a "what's your problem?" attitude, asking why I didn't want them. She finally said that I could return them for a full refund, including refund of return postage. She asked how much it would cost to send the package back as a tracked service - which was £4.74. The agent said that as soon as she received the confirmation email from Royal Mail that the item was sent, she would refund the order and return postage fees to my account.After a few days, and confirmation that the item had been successfully signed for, I rang to enquire as to why the refund wasn't done yet. I was met with yet more rudeness, before being told that the refund would be done right away. Almost 4hrs later, I receive a notification from PayPal to say that I have received a payment of £4, so not the full £4.74 for the return postage. But even worse, the company had put the payment through as them paying ME for goods or services!! Meaning that I as THEIR customer have now been charged a processing fee from PayPal for what is supposed to be a refund!!I immediately tried to call the customer services team, and received a message saying that the call cannot be taken right now. Despite the website stating that they're open until 5pm... I have now had to email again to request that this be resolved.Their website has absolutely no information on dealing with returns, refunds or problems with your order. Their live chat is ALWAYS offline, they don't respond to emails, and their phone lines seem to be open only for a mere few hours during the day when they feel like it. Rather than the 9-5 that they state on their website.Poor excuse for a company, avoid at all costs.
