The products when they work are great. I have had a couple of dodge tags that won't play the full recording.
I have now had several of the recordable cards and find them absolutely fantastic. For friends with poor or no sight these are simply great, you can say whatever you want as a greeting,easy to record,or rerecord if not satisfied with first attempt. Would be even better if the duration of the recording was a little longer, perhaps you could heve different cards with differing recording times, then customers could choose which is best for them.
just a tiny glitch in your email communication. I booked without making an account, then got several confirmation mails, which suggested that I could track the package by looking into my account. I made one, but couldn't find the order (although you sent me a tracking number). Maybe phrase the helpful confirmations slightly different so non-account people know where to enter the tracking number. The receiver went very smooth, including a helpful SMS message on the day of delivery.
