CNC Punching
Technicraft offers CNC punching as one of its profile-forming methods. Utilising advanced punch press technology, we can efficiently and easily produce complex components in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. This process can also create features such as hinges, louvres, coining, and countersinking at a rate of 320 hits per minute, making it a cost-effective method for manufacturing various types of components.
Laser Cutting
Since the introduction of CO2 lasers in the 1970s, Technicraft has advanced with the technology to provide fast and precise laser profiling. Equipped with 2KW and 4KW machines, we can process 20mm mild steel, 15mm stainless steel, and 10mm aluminium sheets up to 3m x 1.5m. Our fully automated material and component loading and unloading facilities support large and small production runs, maintaining an accuracy of 0.05mm for both complex and simple profiles. Utilising 3D CAD, offline machine programming, and efficient profile nesting software, we ensure competitive production methods and the highest quality.
CNC Presswork
We perform press work using five CNC press brakes, ranging from 1m to 3m in length and offering 150 tonnes of linear bending capacity for various materials. Full CNC control ensures high quality and repeatability, with continuous in-process laser dimensional checks. Our rigorous quality procedures guarantee that pressed components meet customer specifications.
CNC Tube Bending
With its own NC and CNC tube bending facilities, Technicraft provides high-quality tube bending services. Multiple stack tooling enables both draw bending and tube rolling within the same product cycle. Offline machine programming and simulation verify the capability to bend simple and complex components before full production begins.
Welding
Our highly skilled and qualified welders, proficient in various welding processes such as TIG, MIG, spot, and stud welding, ensure consistent, superior quality across all materials. Customers can choose the welding process that best suits their product, and Technicraft is always available to provide expert advice.
