Ignore my previous review. I have had contact with the owner, and she handeled it very well. I'm getting my money back. I read some bad reviews on the internet, and when i read some messages on facebook what made it seem like emails are ignored, i went a little overboard with my previous review.
Very bad customerservice, i ordered a joy xl die storage case. It was poorly packed with a little bubble foil inside, 2 envelopes around it and put in a garbagebag and shipped like that. (without track and trace!). When i got it the case was completely broken at the bottom and the top corner. Unfortunately the package wasn't damaged on the outside, if it was, i would not have accepted it. I have send serveral messages with photo's of the broken item asking if she can send me another one, and all the messages are ignored. Never gonna buy from this company again.
