I am unable to review the goods ordered as they were not received. Our interaction with the company has been difficult. We have had to resort to a complaint to the consumer ombudsman as this company have taken £50 for goods not recieved with no urgency to resolve our complaint.
I was very impressed with the wide selection of beautiful toys, excellent service and speedy delivery. I will definitely buy from wooden toy store again and have already recommended to friends who have admired my daughter's latest purchases! Also a bonus that everything I wanted to order was in stock as this isn't always the case when I've tried to order toys on line.
